What if I need a skin test?
If you are new to LoXx and need a skin test, then you can just pop into the salon whenever you're nearby. Please make sure this is at least within 48 hours of your appointment though, because we won't be able to complete your colour treatment otherwise.

Where can I park?
Car parking is available at the Co-Op store across the road, but it is limited to a maximum stay of 3 hours, with no return. If you're booked in for a colouring appointment, please check timings with your stylist to ensure that you will be able to comply with these parking restrictions as Loxx cannot be held responsible for any tickets issued to clients. There is plenty of on-street parking just a short walk away from the salon.

How can I pay?
We prefer cash but also accept most major credit and debit cards.

What is the minimum age for colouring services?
16; our insurance does not cover colouring services on anyone under the age of 16. If we think that the client is under the age of 16, we reserve the right to ask for ID.
